In Opal class we aim to provide a safe and stimulating environment in which our children develop a love of learning. Learning through play at Jubilee is creative, explorative, messy and fun. We strive to provide them with purposeful play activities, to engage our children in their learning.

Important information
Nursery places
We fund your child’s Nursery place as soon as they turn 3, so please don’t hesitate to submit your application. Government funding (15 hours) begins the first term after your child’s 3rd birthday. We have a flexible 15-hour funded offer to support the needs of our families. Please tell us what you need on your application form, so we can discuss how Jubilee can support you best.
Free full-time (30-hour) places are available depending on eligibility.

Home/school Reading
Home/school reading books are changed on either Monday and Friday. Please ensure your child brings their book in on the correct day.
Home Learning
Home learning activities will be uploaded on Google Classroom on Fridays. Please keep an eye on Parent Hub to see what we have been learning in Nursery, and how you can help your children at home!
Half Termly Themes
This Year we will be covering the following themes:
- Starting Nursery;
- Nursery Rhymes;

- Minibeasts.
